    We put diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging at the centre of everything we do. Led by a council of people across our business, our members are selected through an application based on their passion and commitment. Each year, we focus on two distinct priority areas for six months, like parenting or mental health, to drive tangible steps for positive change.
